Lincoln, NE Saturday, February 24, 2024 I was a caretaker of Vicki‘s during her time at Madonna. I was so proud of how far she had come during her time with us there. I loved getting to know Vicki and hearing all about her family and of course puff. I was heartbroken to have lost Vicki, but I am also so proud of how hard she fought through all of her therapies there! One of my favorite memories of Vicki was when she was finally able to eat regular food again and she had been talking about a baconator forever so over my lunch I ran and got her one. She also hated wearing socks but had to for therapy so I got her some cat socks to make it a little more enjoyable. Work has not been the same without her there. I miss her so much! She was such a light and fun soul to spend time with!

White Salmon, WA Saturday, February 24, 2024 Vicki was my youngest cousin, since our dads were brothers, We enjoyed time on our grandparent's farm outside of Fremont during the summers growing up, since we lived in Pennsylvania. During our adult lives when I lived on the west coast I came out to visit Ron, Pam. and Vicki and their parents with my parents and youngest son, Rylan in the year 2000. It was a great family time. Alex and Rylan were the same age and hit it off together. Vicki and her family came to the west coast a number of times to visit our family so that our dad and their father, Lyle, could enjoy some time together. She was such a sweet person and will be missed by all.

Fremont, NE Friday, February 23, 2024 Vicki was special. She was kind, funny and witty. I was lucky to have known her since the 70s when she, her sister, Pam and I hung out , went to concerts and had our own band, she being the drummer. She loved her family, her friends and animals, especially cats. She was always willing to help people even as she went through her own problems with illness. She was unforgettable and an extremely hard worker, having worked in factories for over 40 years. She loved eating out, watching tv, hanging with family and friends and with Puff her cat, she was also a good photographer. She fought a good fight against several illnesses and kept a great attitude all the way through. We love you Vicki and will never forget you. I'll take a drive around the square and through Walmarts parking lot in your honor!
