How do you get Southwest to answer? ›

To reach a representative, call 1-800-I-FLY-SWA or 1-800-435-9792.

In the search box, type in "SWA" followed by your flight number. E.g. To track Southwest Flight 1000, type "SWA1000".

Contact your carrier's customer service

When in doubt, call the carrier's customer service line and ask an agent to check how full the flight is. It might not be the most convenient option, but it will yield an answer. If you dread the idea of waiting on hold, many airlines offer customer service chat features.

Reservations for Senior Fares are now available online for both domestic and international flights. You may also make reservations by contacting a Southwest Airlines Customer Representative or your local travel agent. Senior Fares apply only to those in the traveling party who are age 65 or over.
