- The filing address for Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, depends on the following factors:
- Eligibility category under which you are applying
- Whether you are filing Form I-765 alone or together with another form
- USCIS may update filing addresses, so it’s essential to use the latest information available at the time of your filing
If you are Filing Form I-765 with Another Form
- If you are filing Form I-765 with another form, file both forms at the location specified by the other form
- For example, if you are filing Form I-765 with Form I-539, file both forms according to the Form I-539 Instructions
